Kevin Murphy focuses his practice on representing institutions, investors, and private companies in all aspects of real estate capital markets.
Kevin represents clients in a wide range of transactional matters, including structuring of real estate related joint ventures, ongoing fund operational matters, and GP-led secondary transactions. Kevin also represents developers and investors in transactions involving federal and state low-income housing tax credits and historic rehabilitation credits.
