DLA Piper Advises Activeon on the Acquisition of Jump Zone

DLA Piper Ireland is delighted to have advised Activeon on its expansion into Ireland with the acquisition of Jump Zone, Ireland's leading operator of trampoline parks with three locations in Dublin.

Headquartered in Oslo, Activeon is Europe's largest trampoline park operator with 65 parks in Scandinavia, the UK, Germany and the Netherlands. This milestone transaction marks Activeon’s first venture into the Irish market, reinforcing its commitment to bringing high-energy entertainment to new communities. The acquisition of Jump Zone strengthens Activeon’s presence in the sector and provides an exciting platform for further growth.

The deal was led by Irish Head of Corporate Matt Cole with Senior Associate Jack Kelly. They were supported by Graham Quinn and Niamh Murphy in Real Estate, Orla O’Leary in Employment, and Maura Dineen and Paul Eglington in Tax. Christian Fenner and Fredrik Klebo-Espe provided support from our Oslo office.

We are proud to have supported Activeon in this strategic acquisition and look forward to seeing their continued success in Ireland and beyond.
