English-language webinar series: DLA Piper – Transfer Pricing Insights Germany

Our series of webinars that take place quarterly provides an update on the most relevant developments in the legislative environment that governs transfer pricing in Germany. Each webinar summarises the most relevant developments in legislation, case law and promulgations from the tax administration and offers insights on the practical implications.

The webinar on 25 November 2024 analyses recent decisions of the Federal Tax Court on joint audits, and insurance branch capital allocation and selected case law from Lower Tax Courts. We further emphasise the need for German subsidiaries of international groups to analyse all intra-group loans and adjust them to the new documentation standard introduced by new section 1 subsection 3d of the Foreign Tax Act. Finally, we will provide a small outlook on the new tax audit rules that start coming into operation on 1 January 2025.
