Eliza Perocchi

Eliza Perocchi concentrates her practice in the area of corporate law and fund formation. As a member of the firm's Investment Management practice, Eliza represents clients on a wide range of transactional matters in connection with the formation and structuring of private funds, regulatory compliance and governance matters. Prior to joining the firm, Eliza was an asset management associate in the Boston office of another international law firm.

During law school, Eliza worked in the legal department of a Boston-based asset manager and focused on regulatory, transactional and compliance matters for registered funds.
