Prior Experience
Kathleen began her legal career as a law clerk at a Baltimore law firm which elected her a shareholder in 1995. Her practice encompassed a broad range of civil, criminal, and regulatory matters, with a focus on complex commercial litigation, insurance coverage disputes, the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA), and insurance regulatory matters.
