Lachlan has a broad range of experience representing banks, credit funds, companies, and sponsors in a variety of domestic and cross-border financing transactions, including debt facilities for venture, growth, and early-stage companies, leveraged and acquisition financings, and investment grade, project, infrastructure, and corporate credit facilities. He has represented clients in a number of sectors, including waste management, technology, real estate, hospitality, sports, mining, energy, and resources.
Prior to working as lawyer, Lachlan worked as a corporate finance analyst at one of Australia’s largest commercial and institutional banks, covering institutional borrowers in the real estate and property sectors. Lachlan is qualified as a lawyer in both the state of New York and the state of Victoria (Australia).
