Peter NeCastro

Peter NeCastro is a real estate associate in the firm’s Chicago office. He represents developers, investors, and public-private partnerships in the acquisition, disposition, financing, and entitlement of residential, commercial, and industrial property. His practice involves conducting general real-estate due diligence, advising in the management and closing of real-estate transactions, and obtaining zoning and public-incentive approvals. He has represented clients with respect to a range of asset types, including student housing, data centers, and retail property.

Peter has helped private-sector clients to obtain planned development, special use, and variation approvals in the City of Chicago, and he regularly advises clients regarding zoning strategy and land-use approval processes in Chicago and suburban municipalities.
