John is an intellectual property litigator with experience before federal district courts and the International Trade Commission.  John has represented clients in patent infringement cases involving a broad array of technologies including medical devices, hard disk drive assemblies, cybersecurity software, fluorescent imaging tools, and artificial sweeteners.  John has also helped biotechnology clients resolve trade secret and royalty disputes arising out of the clients’ drug development processes.
