  • Represented horse cloning entrepreneur in a two-week jury trial in federal court for breach of contract and novel issue of first impression for misappropriation of state and federal trade secrets.
  • Won a jury verdict in state court for sporting enterprise in breach of contract action.
  • Obtained unanimous jury verdict over an attorneys' fees award in state court.
  • Achieved complete dismissals in numerous securities class action lawsuits and life sciences litigation.
  • Represented private equity firm in employment disputes in arbitration.
  • Successfully negotiated, mediated, and settled indemnification claims and breach of contract disputes.
