M. David Josefovits

David Josefovits is an associate who focuses on competition and commercial disputes in the life sciences and healthcare sectors. He represents clients in multidistrict antitrust cases, consumer class actions, complex commercial litigation, and high-stakes appeals.

David has authored briefs at all phases of litigation, including dispositive motions and appeals. He is experienced in developing fact and expert discovery, where he has worked extensively with expert witnesses to present complex economic and scientific issues in a way that is accessible and persuasive to judges and juries. He is also a frequent contributor to amicus briefing efforts, advocating on critical issues for client interests before federal appellate and state supreme courts.

David clerked for the Honorable Anthony J. Scirica of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit in Philadelphia. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania, earning the highest grades in the areas of civil practice and corporations.
