- A cross-border reorganization valued at over $2 billion, which involved corporate, tax, regulatory, real estate, IP, and employment implications
- Ongoing legal entity rationalization and optimization initiatives involving >100 jurisdictions
- The acquisition and global expansion of a life science business valued at $21B
