Nikos Buxeda advises clients on corporate, finance, and securities law transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, loan financing, debt issuances, private placements, project finance, and public-private partnerships.

He also advises clients on all aspects of doing business in Puerto Rico: business contracts, the organization of Puerto Rico mutual funds and private equity funds, and distribution agreements.
