Join us for the next installment of our Take 5 White Collar webinar series, which will focus on the Trump Administration’s Executive Order that paused enforcement of the Foreign Corrupt Practice Act (FCPA).

This program brings together insights from several of our White Collar Partners – all former government enforcers – who will discuss the implications of the pause for companies with global operations.

Discussion topics include:

  • An overview of the EO
  • Compliance risks in a paused enforcement landscape
  • Long-term impacts for multinational corporations
  • What companies can do now to stay ahead of regulatory risks

CLE:

DLA Piper LLP (US) has been certified by the State Bar of California, Illinois MCLE Board, the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey, and the New York State Continuing Legal Education Board as an Accredited Provider. The following CLE credit is being sought:

  • California: 1.0 General Credit
  • Illinois: 1.0 General Credit
  • New Jersey: 1.2 General Credits
  • New York: 1.0 Transitional Professional Practice Credit

CLE credit will be applied for in other states where DLA Piper has an office with the exception of Minnesota, North Carolina, and Puerto Rico.
