Nicole Saurin's practice focuses on complex litigation, including multi-party and mass tort litigation, international conflicts of law and jurisdiction. 

She advises clients from various industries, with a focus on life sciences, consumer, and technology industries on national and international product liability and safety issues.

Nicole Saurin has successfully defended clients in more than 150 German court cases at all levels and has supported various proceedings pending in France, Spain, the UK, Italy, the US, Australia, Canada, and the Netherlands. She is also experienced in defending cases pending before the European Court of Justice.
