Chiara Campagna

Chiara Campagna is a Lawyer in the Debt Capital Markets and Structured Finance team within the Finance, Projects and Restructuring department and is based in the Rome office.

Chiara focuses on the issuance of debt securities. In particular, she has gained experience in assisting banks, financial intermediaries and firms in connection with the establishment and updates of debt issuance programmes and stand-alone issuances of debt financial instruments (e.g. bonds, structured notes and certificates), as well as in connection with the related procedures before the relevant public bodies and market authorities.

Chiara advises Italian and international companies in corporate bonds issuances (including mini-bonds) and their eventual listings. She assists clients within the corporate and financial services sector.
