DLA Piper advises Vestas Investment Management on the sale of a distribution centre in Venlo
DLA Piper has advised its client Vestas Investment Management, a South-Korean based investment company, on the sale of a distribution centre located in Venlo, the Netherlands. The property, leased by a global transport and logistics company and covering approximately 103,000 square meters of lettable floor area, has been constructed in 2018 and has been sold through a share deal to a Spanish based investor.
