2025 Asia IP Summit
Tokyo, JapanTuesday, March 11, 2025
Belle Salle Roppongi
The DLA Piper 2025 Asia IP Summit took place at the Belle Salle Roppongi in Tokyo. We had an engaging and insightful gathering of industry leaders, legal professionals, and innovators as we explored the latest trends and developments in intellectual property across Asia. DLA Piper partners, as well as selected guests, gave presentations and panel discussions on developments in recent patent litigation, AI, IP, and the Unified Patent Court.
Former Senator Richard Burr discussed the new Trump Administration’s approach to key IP topics relevant to Asian companies, including the Patent Act, the US Patent and Trademark Office, importation rules, and trade relations. He further surveyed the challenges and opportunities facing Asian businesses in the current US regulatory and political climate.
This summit provided valuable networking opportunities, thought-provoking discussions, and practical strategies to help you navigate the evolving IP landscape.
Japanese interpretation is available for presentations in English.
CLE credit was offered for this event.
