DLA Piper advises Rolls-Royce in agreement to sell Naval Propulsors & Handling business to Fairbanks Morse Defense

DLA Piper advised Rolls-Royce in an agreement to sell its Naval Propulsors & Handling business to Fairbanks Morse Defense, a portfolio company of Arcline Investment Management.The sale includes a range of propellers and waterjets for naval applications, as well as marine handling systems, which enable the deployment and recovery of manned and unmanned craft, and other cargo, from naval vessels. The sale includes Rolls-Royce’s facilities in Pascagoula, Mississippi and Walpole, Massachusetts in the US, as well Peterborough, Ontario in Canada.
