Andrea Pantaleo is a financial markets, crypto, fintech and insurtech regulatory and litigation lawyer with over 15 years' experience advising financial institutions, fintech companies, crypto-exchangers and insurance companies on compliance with EU and domestic regulation and assisting them in litigations on provision of financial, insurance and crypto-related services.

Andrea has a specific focus on DLT and blockchain technology, as well as smart contracts in the context of tokenization processes applied to financial, banking and payment services. Andrea has a deep knowledge of DeFi platforms' mechanisms and DAO structures, NFTs (also fractioned) used in the context of trade and credit finance, securitizations, real estate.
