Erin Chamberlain is a member of the Litigation, Arbitration and Investigations group. She maintains a broad litigation practice with a particular focus on commercial and civil litigation, including complex estate and trust litigation, and construction disputes.
A large part of Erin’s practice includes advising clients on wills variation claims, validity and capacity issues and their rights and obligations in relation to inter vivos and testamentary trusts. Other key areas of law include construction disputes, building design and construction deficiencies, and municipal law.
Erin has represented clients at all levels of the British Columbia courts, in arbitration proceedings, and before various administrative regulatory bodies including the Canadian Transportation Agency and the BC Human Rights Tribunal.
Erin joined the firm as a summer student in 2017, articled with the firm in 2018, and was called to the bar in British Columbia in 2019.
