Martin Daverschot sworn in as notary

DLA Piper Amsterdam is pleased to announce the swearing-in of Martin Daverschot as notary. On 7 December 2023, Martin took the oath at the Amsterdam District Court after being appointed as a notary by Royal Decree. With this oath, he solemnly promised to abide by the rules and obligations of the notary profession, including strict confidentiality and independence.

Martin has an impressive track record and in-depth legal expertise. His swearing-in marks a valuable milestone and will help further strengthen DLA Piper's services to both national and international clients.

His practice focuses on advising clients on complex real estate and property law structuring of new construction and renovation projects, as well as providing advice on flat law and limited rights. In addition, Martin is involved in acquisitions and sale transactions and refinancing of real estate portfolios.
