Sougol Shooshtarian

Sougol Shooshtarian represents venture capital and corporate venture investors, and emerging growth companies throughout the corporate life cycle. 

Sougol routinely counsels early stage and established companies and their founders, management and boards, handling matters ranging from corporate formation and governance, equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions and commercial transactions. In addition, Sougol also represents venture capital and private equity firms, family offices, corporate and strategic investors and their portfolio companies by facilitating every step of the investment, acquisition and sale process.

Sougol is involved in a broad range of industries, and has particular experience in climate tech, energy and SaaS. Before joining DLA Piper, she practiced in-house at two startups.
