Francesco Novelli is Senior Independent Counsel and works in the Rome office, where he coordinates the team focused on Energy and operating within the Corporate, Finance, Project & Restructuring and Regulatory departments.

With over 40 years of experience, Francesco assists corporate clients and financial institutions and has an extraordinary knowledge of project financing, with particular reference to the energy and infrastructure sectors. He also provides assistance to clients in relation to complex acquisition finance, leveraged buyout, export credit, corporate restructuring and M&A transactions.
