Scott Rorke

Scott is an experienced pensions lawyer who advises corporate sponsors, providers and trustees on the full range of defined benefit and defined contribution pensions arrangements. Scott has experience of working with a broad spectrum of clients including those involved with some of the UK’s largest pension schemes.

Scott has undertaken a number of secondments with clients and this gives him a unique insight to the day to day running of occupational pension schemes and the key priorities for all parties involved.

Scott’s recent work has included advising on restructuring arrangements including scheme mergers and de-mergers, supporting of the full spectrum of risk management exercises and advising on the pensions aspects of corporate transactions.

He’s particularly experienced with all aspects of defined contribution arrangements including the establishment of schemes, ongoing governance and bulk transfers to master trust providers.
