Aoife has years of previous experience as a finance lawyer, with particular experience in acquisition financings, real estate and development financings and insolvency and restructuring.
Immediately prior to joining DLA Piper New Zealand, Aoife worked at ANZ Bank New Zealand Limited, both as in-house legal counsel and in the Loans & Markets Execution team. She also spent several years working at another large New Zealand law firm and in private practice in both Dublin and London.
Aoife is recognised as a Rising Star for Corporate and M&A by Legal 500 Asia Pacific 2022.
