Kentaro provides a comprehensive suite of tax services for both US and non-US investors, advising on primary investments and secondary market transactions. He has structured investments for these investors, focusing on private equity, debt, real estate, operating businesses and alternative investments.

Kentaro also has significant experience representing both buyers and sellers of secondary fund interests. He has led numerous secondary transactions, ranging from transfers of small to very large secondary fund portfolios, tender offers, GP-led continuation fund secondaries, club deals, real estate-related joint ventures and other types of secondary-related transactions.

Additionally, Kentaro advises fund sponsors on fund formation, structuring and mergers and acquisitions.
