Stephanie Menz is a Dutch law qualified legal director in the Finance and Projects department of DLA Piper in Amsterdam.

She has obtained substantial experience in domestic as well as multi-jurisdictional financing structures with a specific emphasis on real estate finance, leveraged finance and corporate lending, and structured finance products, acting on behalf of sponsors, financial institutions, peer to peer lenders and credit funds on all aspects of the structuring, drafting, negotiation and subsequent execution of primary as well as secondary transaction documentation and related workstreams.

She has obtained invaluable experience through multiple secondments since her involvement with the firm, including with two domestic banks as well as a secondment to our London office, and is well versed in advising in larger, more complex transactions where multiple workstreams and fee earners need to be managed contemporaneously under high pressure. As a native German speaker she also has a strong link with German financial institutions, sponsors and alternative lenders, and in this respect regularly advises such parties if and when they have transactional involvement in the Netherlands.
