Cameron has experience of working in-house with the legal team at Dyson, providing advice and guidance on commercial agreements relating to the research and development of new products and the manufacture, supply and distribution of goods throughout Dyson’s global supply chain.

  • Assisting with drafting and negotiating Master Service Agreements for the multi-sourcing of staff augmentation services to be provided to a global research and consultancy group.
  • Advising on upcoming EU and English law regulation for a market-leading provider of commercial goods in relation to product-regulatory changes and consumer law.
  • Negotiating multiple manufacturing and supply agreements with semiconductor suppliers operating in Asia.
  • Advising on the risks associated with developing a large language model AI (and an associated AI development agreement) for a technology company based in the Middle East.
  • Negotiating MSAs for large-scale IT outsourcings of desktop and end-user computing services for clients in the consumer goods and industrials sectors.
  • Researching and advising on EU and English law queries raised by a global online retailer in connection with consumer protection regulations.
