Aditi Eleswarapu supports the firm's pro bono initiatives in the United States.

In this role, Aditi oversees and manages pro bono programs in Boston, Philadelphia, Phoenix, Raleigh and Wilmington. She is also responsible for helping to lead and to develop the firm's transactional pro bono practice.

Aditi maintains an active caseload focused on advising non-profit organizations, low-income small businesses and social enterprises.

Prior Experience

Prior to joining DLA Piper, Aditi was as a corporate associate at a large law firm in New York. She represented public and private companies in capital markets and M&A transactions and advised clients on corporate governance and securities law compliance. During her time there, she completed a pro bono externship with Lawyers Alliance for New York, where she provided business and transactional legal services to non-profit organizations.

As a law student, Aditi served as Student Director of the Ethics Bureau at Yale clinic. She also participated in clinics focused on transnational and community economic development as part of the Jerome N. Frank Legal Services Organization.
