Erin Chamberlain is a member of the Litigation, Arbitration and Investigations group. She maintains a ‎broad ‎litigation practice with a particular focus on commercial and civil litigation, including complex estate and ‎trust litigation, and construction disputes.‎

A large part of Erin’s practice includes advising clients on wills variation claims, validity and capacity ‎issues and their rights and obligations in relation to inter vivos and testamentary trusts. Other key areas of ‎law include construction disputes, building design and construction deficiencies, and municipal law. ‎

Erin has represented clients at all levels of the British Columbia courts, in arbitration proceedings, and ‎before various administrative regulatory bodies including the Canadian Transportation Agency and the BC ‎Human Rights Tribunal.  ‎

Erin joined the firm as a summer student in 2017, articled with the firm in 2018, and was called to the bar in ‎British Columbia ‎in ‎‎2019.‎
