George is a Corporate partner in DLA Piper's Hong Kong office. He has over 15 years of experience in corporate finance and focuses on corporate and securities law matters.

He regularly acts for investment banks and corporate clients on Rule 144A, Regulation S and SEC registered equity and debt offerings, including initial public offerings (IPOs), share placings, secondary offerings, investment-grade and high-yield bonds, convertible and exchangeable bonds and medium-term note programmes.

George’s broad client base spans a variety of industries, including healthcare, education, TMT, consumer goods, energy, financial services and real estate.
