2025 Asia IP Symposium

Seoul, Korea

Thursday, March 13, 2025
Four Seasons Hotel Seoul

We are delighted to invite you to the DLA Piper 2025 Asia IP Symposium, taking place at the Four Seasons Hotel in Seoul. Join us for an engaging and insightful gathering of industry leaders, legal professionals, and innovators as we explore the latest trends and developments in intellectual property across Asia. DLA Piper partners will give presentations on developments in recent US patent litigation and the Unified Patent Court.

Former Senators Richard Burr and Saxby Chambliss will discuss the new Trump Administration’s approach to key IP topics relevant to Asian companies, including the Patent Act, the US Patent and Trademark Office, importation rules, and trade relations. They will further survey the challenges and opportunities facing Asian businesses in the current US regulatory and political climate.

This summit promises to provide valuable networking opportunities, thought-provoking discussions, and practical strategies to help you navigate the evolving IP landscape.

CLE credit will be applied for the states where DLA Piper has an office with the exception of Minnesota, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Puerto Rico.
