We are delighted to invite you to the DLA Piper 2025 Asia IP Summit, taking place at the Belle Salle Roppongi in Tokyo. DLA Piper partners, as well as selected guests, will give presentations and panel discussions on developments in recent patent litigation, AI, IP, and the Unified Patent Court.
Former Senators Richard Burr and Saxby Chambliss will discuss the new Trump Administration’s approach to key IP topics relevant to Asian companies, including the Patent Act, the US Patent and Trademark Office, importation rules, and trade relations. They will further survey the challenges and opportunities facing Asian businesses in the current US regulatory and political climate
This summit promises to provide valuable networking opportunities, thought-provoking discussions, and practical strategies to help you navigate the evolving IP landscape.
CLE credit will be applied for the states where DLA Piper has an office with the exception of Minnesota, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Puerto Rico.
