Sanne Steenhorst

Sanne Steenhorst provides advice to clients at both national and international levels across a diverse range of corporate issues. Her primary focus includes engagement in domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, private equity transactions, as well as corporate restructuring and reorganizations.

Before joining the Corporate team, Sanne was a member of the Finance, Projects, and Restructuring team. In this capacity, she offered guidance to a broad spectrum of clients, encompassing domestic and international entities such as banks, financial institutions, borrowers, and private equity investors primarily advising on acquisition, corporate, and project finance matters.
