Olga Leśniewska advises clients on intellectual property and commercial matters, with a particular emphasis on trademark portfolio management and the protection of industrial property rights. She also has extensive experience in copyright protection in the real estate, food, and new technologies sectors, as well as advising clients on IP issues related to transactions and to their day-to-day business activities.
Olga also provides ongoing legal advice, with a focus on copyright and trademarks, to clients operating in various sectors - presenting a very business oriented approach.
Olga has taken part in numerous due diligence reviews and also participates in judicial and pre-judicial proceedings related to intellectual property protection.She is a co-author of the manual "Komercjalizacja B+R dla praktyków 2013" ("Commercialization of R&D for practitioners 2013"), published in cooperation with the National Research and Development Centre.
