Sergio Ingato

Sergio Ingato focuses his practice on finance, with broad experience representing financial institutions, private equity firms, sponsors, investors, borrowers, commercial banks, TV and film production and distribution companies, record companies and independent production companies. His experience includes a broad array of finance transactions as well as complex motion picture and music industry transactions. Sergio’s experience includes domestic and cross-border syndicated and bilateral term loans, asset backed loans, securitizations, project co-financing arrangements and other financing transactions. In addition, Sergio maintains an active pro bono practice and has served as a guest lecturer at USC Gould School of Law on the topic of digital media transactions.
