Michael Huang Huang

Michael Huang gained extensive experience in M&A, FDI and general corporate matters in helping foreign investors from Europe and the US to enter, operate and expand in China. 

In the M&A field, Michael has helped Boeing, Carrefour, Iveco and other western companies in their major acquisition projects in China. 

In FDI, Michael helped numerous foreign manufacturers and consulting firms to establish their Chinese presence in a practical and effective manner. 

Michael also has substantial experience in advising multinational companies on their daily operations, which covers nearly all major aspects of legal issues a foreign investor would typically encounter in China.

Michael gained extensive experiences in advising multi-national companies in the retail sector.

Michael is PRC Bar qualified. He is a native speaker of Mandarin and is fluent in English.
