Joseph Baker

Joe Baker represents clients in class action and complex commercial litigation. He has assisted clients in all phases of claim and dispute resolution, from pre-suit investigations, to discovery, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation. Joe practices regularly in state and federal courts across the United States, and his practice includes defending corporate clients across a variety of industries, including motor vehicle and other consumer product manufacturers, telecommunications companies, pharmaceutical companies, and financial institutions.

Before joining DLA Piper, Joe served as a law clerk to the Honorable Joel H. Slomsky of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
