DLA Piper advises Pathé in an innovation technological partnership with Vista Cloud

DLA Piper advised Pathé, one of the major cinema companies in continental Europe, in the negotiation of a strategic agreement for the migration of its hosted sale and cinema management software system to a cloud solution developed by Vista Group based in New Zealand. This solution will be deployed in Pathé’s 129 cinemas in France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Tunisia, Morrocco and Senegal.

The negotiation of the agreement required close collaboration between the DLA Piper teams in Paris and London. The team was composed of Jonathan Rofé, partner, Evelina Dimitrova, senior associate, and Maria Aouad, associate, in France, and Mark O’Conor, partner at the London office, and Alexandra Moore, solicitor.
