DLA Piper advises T-Mobile in its acquisition of spectrum licenses from Comcast
DLA Piper is advising T-Mobile US, Inc. in its acquisition of spectrum licenses in the 600 MHz band from Comcast in exchange for a total cash consideration of between $1.2 billion and $3.3 billion.
The geographic areas covered by the licenses include markets in Chicago, San Francisco, Baltimore, Washington DC, Boston, Miami, Nashville, and other key markets. The licenses range from 10MHz to 20MHz per market and cover over 110 million pops.
