DLA Piper advises Nuix on acquisition of Topos
Global law firm DLA Piper has advised Nuix (ASX:NXL) on the acquisition of Topos Labs, Inc. (Topos), a developer of Natural Language Processing (NLP) software that helps computer systems better understand text and spoken words at speed and scale.
DLA Piper’s cross-border team was led by Australian corporate partner Mark Burger and US partner Marc Samuel, supported by Susan Kim and Kristen Pappas.
