Brittany L. Stepp focuses her practice on traditional labor law matters. Brittany provides clients with advice and counsel surrounding their obligations under the National Labor Relations Act and collective bargaining agreements.

Brittany regularly handles unfair labor practice charges through trial, assists clients through representation elections, and represents clients in labor arbitration and grievance proceedings. She also has experience handling Section 10(j) petitions for injunctive relief and responding to various novel case theories advanced by the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB).

Brittany has represented unionized clients ranging from global companies to start-up businesses. She also supports nonunion companies in what are commonly their first interactions with the NLRB. Brittany enjoys learning the intricacies of client businesses and delivering recommended solutions that are true to clients' brands and values. Clients know that Brittany prides herself on building trusted relationships and delivering excellent results.

During law school, Brittany served as an intern for the Hon. Petrese B. Tucker of the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She was also an associate editor for the Drexel Law Review.
