Felicia L. Isaac’s strength in simplifying complex legal and regulatory concepts helps clients to resolve issues and amplify business objectives. Felicia focuses her practice on environmental law and policy, environmental litigation, and environmental, social, and governance (ESG), advising clients across a wide array of industries on compliance, state and federal environmental enforcement actions, and sustainability goal setting and reporting.

Felicia has served as both counselor and litigator. As a counselor, Felicia draws on her prior experience as an Attorney-Adviser at the U.S. Department of Energy to routinely help clients evaluate their regulatory compliance by conducting in-depth reviews of client materials and compliance programs to identify gaps, gauge the sufficiency of testing programs, and work cooperatively with federal and state agencies. As a litigator, she has worked to defend clients in federal agency enforcement actions; and she has also litigated on behalf of regulated entities and trade associations in disputes related to federal rulemaking challenges. Indeed, Felicia has defended clients in disputes arising under virtually every federal environmental statute, including the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act; Clean Water Act; Safe Drinking Water Act; Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act; Clean Air Act; Toxic Substance Control Act; National Environmental Policy Act; and Endangered Species Act. Felicia helps clients to navigate complex regulatory schemes and emerging issues, including PFAS, extended producer responsibility, global product stewardship, and technological sustainability.

As an advocate with deep interest in the ever-changing landscape of environmental law and policy, Felicia is constantly developing thoughtful and innovative strategies to meet client needs.
