EXPERIENCE

For the past years, Nicolás has served as the contract manager and legal advisor for Biogen Argentina, overseeing their operations in Argentina, Chile, and Uruguay. 

In this role, he has been responsible for handling all legal, regulatory, and contractual affairs, coordinating the collaboration of law firms in Chile and Uruguay. 

In addition to his pivotal role with Biogen, Nicolás has provided ongoing counseling to major players in the pharmaceutical arena, such as Novartis, Sandoz, and Alcon.

Nicolás has also experience in financial, banking, capital markets, and blockchain law. He has advised digital asset service providers on token design and issuance, as well as on regulatory matters. Notable clients have included Binance, which is the world's largest digital asset marketplace, and Agrotoken, the first global agribusiness commodity tokenization platform, among others.
