Prior Experience
Prior to joining DLA Piper, Carolyn held several high-level positions advising multiple FERC Chairmen and Commissioners.
Before advising FERC Chairmen and Commissioners, Carolyn was a lawyer in the FERC Office of the General Counsel – Energy Projects, where she advised FERC program offices on natural gas pipeline and LNG infrastructure and hydropower licensing and compliance.
