Advising Resource Partners fund in relation to investments in:

Advising Orchard Brothers and its founders in the acquisition of Victoria Cymes and the raising of a minority investor, the Syntaxis Capital fund. The acquisition was financed with a mezzanine loan from Syntaxis Capital.
Advising the founders of GetInData on the sale of 100% of GetInData to a group of over 120 experienced data engineers and consultants providing cutting-edge Big Data, Cloud, Analytics and ML/AI solutions to Xebia Consultancy Services, a portfolio company of the private equity fund Waterland.
Advising Żabka Polska, the largest convenience store chain in Poland, on the acquisition of a majority stake in Dietly , a leading e-commerce platform and SaaS solution provider in the diet catering segment, from its founders.
Advising the founders of the Arhelan chain of shops comprising over 100 retail shops in north-eastern Poland on the sale of a 49% stake in the company to Eurocash.
Advising Saur International, a subsidiary of Saur, a leading innovator and service provider in the global water sector, on the exit of a 30-year investment in SNG S.A. SNG was a joint venture formed with the City of Gdansk as operator of the water and sewerage systems in Gdansk.
Advising Cloudflight portfolio company DBAG Fund VII on the acquisition of 100 shares in Divante, a Polish provider of services for the eCommerce sector.
Advising the founders of Copernicus (healthcare sector) on the sale of the company to Nemera (portfolio company of Montagu PE fund), a global leader in the design, development and manufacture of drug delivery devices for the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry.
