DLA Piper welcomes Dan Caprio as Senior Policy Advisor

DLA Piper is pleased to welcome Dan Caprio as a Senior Policy Advisor in the Data Protection, Privacy and Security Practice. He will be based in the Washington, DC office.

Caprio is a leading advisor on privacy, cybersecurity, and data risk with experience in both the private and public sectors. He possesses more than 15 years of experience working in senior positions within the legislative and executive branches of the US Government, including Congress, the Department of Commerce, and the Federal Trade Commission. In the private sector, he has spent more than 15 years advising companies on transatlantic public policy and regulatory risk focusing on digital economy issues.
