DLA Piper advises team.blue on the acquisition of Webempresa

DLA Piper has advised team.blue on the acquisition of Webempresa Europa SL and Webempresa America Inc, a company leading in the hosting and provision of domain solutions in Spanish speaking markets, providing services to more than 67,000 customers. With this acquisition, team.blue aims to further expand its core product offering and presence in Spain.
