Bethany Weitzman

Bethany Weitzman focuses her corporate practice in the areas of emerging companies and venture capital and mergers and acquisitions. She represents startup and growth-stage companies, venture capital firms, and strategic investors in venture financings and private M&A transactions. Her M&A experience includes advising on both domestic and cross-border transactions. Bethany counsels clients on a broad range of corporate matters, from entity formation through ongoing governance and operations.

Before attending law school, Bethany worked at one of Silicon Valley's preeminent technology and venture capital law firms, in both its Palo Alto and New York offices.
