Alexandre’s experience covers a variety of public and private structures, RMBS, auto-financings, forward flows, as well as advising sellers and buyers on cross border performing and non-performing debt portfolio disposals and related financings.

EXPERIENCE

  • Advising an international alternative investment firm on a loan-on-loan securitisation to fund the acquisition of a portfolio of community properties in Sweden and Finland, and to fund existing debt.
  • Advising a European asset manager on the establishment of a pan European co-investment structure within the NPL sector.
  • Advising an EU bank in a private STS synthetic securitisation of Danish auto loans, with SRT treatment. The relevant loans were originated by the Danish branch of a Norwegian entity pertaining to the EU bank’s group. The transaction allowed the bank to free up and optimise previously allocated capital.
  • Advising a UK-based senior security agent, senior facility agent, servicer and special servicer in a CMBS acquisition financing concerning real estate assets located in Belgium and Luxembourg.
  • Advising a UK bank in several public securitisations of residential and mixed-use UK mortgage loans. Such offers have been structured as dual Reg S and Rule 144A deals.
  • Advising an international alternative investment firm on a loan on loan securitisation utilised to fund the acquisition of a portfolio of community properties in Sweden and Finland, and to fund existing debt.
  • Advising a European asset manager on the establishment of a pan European co-investment structure within the NPL sector.
